Building a home that fully meets your needs and provides you with sustainable living pleasure can be a challenge if you have to deal with all the steps.
Trustbank Amanah's financing plan for building a home offers relief. This financing plan means that the bank acts as the supplier of the home, which meets all building requirements. This gives you assurances about the quality of the construction.

You inquire about the conditions for Building House Financing. If you decide to do business with Trustbank Amanah, the bank will act as a supplier for building a house, at a price agreed in advance between you and the bank. The bank then instructs you to appoint a contractor on behalf of the bank. When choosing the contractor, he will have to meet a number of conditions.

A construction agreement will be concluded with the contractor in which the delivery conditions are laid down. The bank supervises the construction and ensures that the house is delivered on time and of high quality.

After the house has been delivered by the contractor, it is handed over to you.

You agree with the bank how you will make the payment for the delivery of a home: in full or in installments. When paying off in installments, you pay the same amount for the entire term.
