TRUSTBANK AMANAH SIGNS COOPERATION WITH SPWE, RACO AND SAO

On Monday 1 April 2019, Trustbank Amanah signed three Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with the Productive Work Units Foundation (SPWE), the Council of Cooperative Welfare (RACO) and the Labor Mobilization and Development Foundation (SAO), all departments of the Ministry of Labor. With the signing of the MOUs, the intention to enter into a cooperation (or partnership) has been established.

The common objective is to support and develop Micro, Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurs in Suriname, which should result in job creation, growth of various companies, increased productivity, growth of gross domestic product and eventually stabilization and strengthening of the Surinamese economy. Together we look at the guidance and preparation for setting up or expanding companies and for applying for financing.
